Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: July 12, 2025
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and booking services with Sky Pearl Travels ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our services.
2. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after we have received the required deposit or full payment and have issued a confirmation invoice. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your package.
- Final Payment: The balance of your package price must be paid by the due date specified on your invoice. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or as otherwise specified.
3. Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply, and these are calculated from the date we receive your written notification. Charges are as follows (this is a sample and should be customized):
- 60+ days before departure: Loss of deposit.
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total booking cost.
Amendments by You: If you wish to change your travel arrangements after confirmation, we will do our best to assist you, but it may not always be possible. Any requests for amendments must be in writing. An administration fee may apply, in addition to any charges incurred or imposed by our suppliers.
Cancellation or Changes by Us: While we endeavor to operate all packages as advertised, we reserve the right to modify or cancel any arrangements if unforeseen circumstances arise. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative package of a similar standard or a full refund of all monies paid.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, visa, and any other required travel documents. Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your date of return.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect you against unforeseen circumstances such as cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of luggage.
- Health and Fitness: You must ensure you are medically fit to undertake the journey. Hajj and Umrah require a significant amount of walking and can be physically demanding.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company acts as an agent for third-party suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and transport providers. We are not liable for any act, omission, or default of these suppliers. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, such as wars, acts of God, or government restrictions.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sky Pearl Travels is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
