Terms of Service & Booking Conditions

1. General Agreement & Account Obligations

Tripeo ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") acts as a certified travel intermediary, wholesaler, and technology platform connecting retail consumers, registered B2B travel agents, and corporate clients with global airlines, hospitality operators, and transport providers.

Users must provide accurate, verified, and complete personal and passenger information matching official government passport data. The account holder is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all transactions executed under their account.

2. Flight Bookings & Airline Fare Rules

All flight reservations and electronic tickets (e-tickets) are subject to the specific fare rules, baggage policies, and conditions of carriage of the operating airline:

• Passenger Name Accuracy: Passenger names must exactly match the machine-readable zone of their international passport. Airlines strictly prohibit ticket transfers or name changes after issuance.
• Schedule Adjustments: Airlines reserve the unilateral right to reschedule, reroute, or cancel flights. Tripeo will notify passengers promptly and assist with available airline rebooking waivers.
• Check-in & Transit Visas: Travelers must arrive at international terminals 3–4 hours prior to departure and ensure they possess any required transit or entry visas.

3. Umrah Packages & Saudi Ministry Regulations

Pilgrimage packages, hotel bookings in Makkah and Madinah, and local transport operate under the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah:

• Hotel Check-in / Check-out: Standard hotel check-in time in Saudi Arabia during peak pilgrimage seasons is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 12:00 PM.
• Room Allocations: Quad, triple, and double room occupancies are allocated based on bed configuration. Specific room view requests (e.g., direct Kaaba / Haram view) are subject to contracted tier confirmation.
• Permits & Nusuk App: Rawdah ash-Sharifah visit permits are coordinated via the official Saudi Nusuk platform and subject to slot availability.

4. Visa Assistance & Embassy Disclaimers

Tripeo facilitates electronic visa (e-Visa) applications and document submissions to foreign consulates and authorized visa centers. However, visa issuance authority rests exclusively with the sovereign government and immigration officials of the destination country. Tripeo cannot be held liable for visa rejections, embassy delays, or border authority entry decisions.

5. B2B Agent Wallet Ledger & Credit Facilities

Registered travel agents operating with a wallet account agree to the following financial conditions:

• All wallet balance top-ups must be made via authorized banking channels with valid bank transaction reference numbers.
• Overdraft credit limits extended by Tripeo must be settled within the agreed invoice cycle (standard 7 to 14 days).
• Tripeo reserves the right to suspend ticketing capabilities if account settlement terms are breached.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund requests are processed strictly in accordance with airline tariff rules and hotel supplier contracts. Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment or agency wallet ledger within 7–14 business days after receipt of funds from the supplier.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tripeo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from force majeure events, natural disasters, airspace closures, pandemic border restrictions, or acts of government authorities beyond our reasonable operational control.
